Kassandra Bellingar

My career in the mortgage industry began in 2015 with FNBA where I have gained unmeasurable experience and knowledge, specializing in Non-QM lending. From first time home buyers, ITIN borrowers, Self-employed individuals and everyone in between, our unique loan programs allow me the incredible opportunity to work with people nationwide, to secure financing for a new home. When you become my client, we will work side by side throughout the entire loan process and you will always know what’s next. I can’t wait to help you on your journey to home ownership!

Transparency and timeliness are what set me apart from other loan officers. I take pride in advocating for my clients to get the deal done when nobody else could. The loan products at FNBA allow me to use my creative side to get my clients the home loan they are searching for! Our unique approval process is the key to my success as a loan officer and I will work hard to get your deal closed! If there are factors that prohibit us from closing today, we will come up with a game plan together so that we can get you into a new home!

I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals.  FNBA has programs that have allowed me to help hundreds of self-employed, ITIN and credit event borrowers. With FNBA’s special programs I can be creative in how I originate.  I have a 90% loan approval rating as a result of my efforts.

I pride myself in communicating with honesty, respect and clarity to everyone I serve.  My work ethic and understanding of the process makes for a smooth process and quick closing times.

I promise to go the extra mile to help you and your family realize your dream of home ownership and accomplish your goal of financing your home.

I have over 8 years of mortgage industry experience involving both the conforming and non-conforming platforms as well as over 6 years of experience in the financial planning sector including business banking, and personal banking. My experience lends to my ability to help my customers navigate through hurdles and allows me to find creative solutions for any lending scenario. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. My goal at FNBA is to continue to use my education, knowledge, and experience, not only to help open doors to help achieve homeownership dreams, but also to use the home buying experience as a tool to set my clients and their families up for a better financial future.

My specialty is working with borrowers who have the Income Tax Identification Number (ITIN).  To help facilitate the process I work with three bilingual team members who speak Spanish and Portuguese.  I myself am determined to becoming fluent in Spanish and I work on it daily.  I first started in the mortgage industry in 1997 but the last three years of helping people with ITINs has given me the greatest satisfaction of my career.  I truly enjoy helping people fulfill their home ownership dream.

Becky Shinevar

I’ve been in the mortgage industry with FNBA for almost 30 years.  I truly enjoy helping people and being able to provide them with mortgage solutions regardless of their situation. The experience that I bring to the table enables me to open doors for my customers when other lenders can’t or won’t. I am passionate about helping people and my role with First National Bank of America provides all the tools I need to find the right solution for you!

Everett Hurt

I’ve been originating mortgages since 2008 dealing with a broad range of products from FHA, VA, to Conventional and everything in between. I have an extensive knowledge of the industry and I’m also a real estate investor in my local community so I understand the general obstacles of being a business owner as well as the fears of being a first time homebuyer; I’ve been in those shoes personally and I “get it”. My goal is to educate my borrowers and make a huge process feel a lot less stressful from start to finish. At FNBA we have the tools and the talent to get the job done!

4T’s Teamwork, Training, Transparency and Timeliness are my daily life principles while educating borrowers, who are trying to achieve their financial goals here in America. I consider myself a passionate believer that dreams come true by working hard, analyzing several scenarios, and being positive on a daily basis.

At First National Bank of America, I found an incredible opportunity to share my 20-year-international professional expertise in both financial and insurance markets all around Latin America’s countries after emigrating from Mexico to the U.S. five years ago.

I proactively work with my borrowers by understanding their particular needs to come up with the best achievable mortgage solution scenario available here at FNBA for them. With a bilingual English-Spanish background, I would be proudly accomplishing my daily priority on helping you to attain the house of your dreams!

Maria Moritz

Originally from Brazil, I enjoy communicating with clients in English, Portuguese, or Spanish. A few years ago, life brought me to the USA. The transition from Brazil to the US has not always been easy. However, as a pleasant surprise, I found my new passion at First National Bank of America. With FNBA, I use my life experiences, language skills, and mortgage expertise to provide clarity and add simplicity to the mortgage process. I have the opportunity to hear our clients' concerns and doubts, provide solutions, and help open doors to homeownership. Working together, I am confident FNBA can be the same pleasant surprise for you, that it was for me.
