My specialty is working with borrowers who have the Income Tax Identification Number (ITIN).  To help facilitate the process I work with three bilingual team members who speak Spanish and Portuguese.  I myself am determined to becoming fluent in Spanish and I work on it daily.  I first started in the mortgage industry in 1997 but the last three years of helping people with ITINs has given me the greatest satisfaction of my career.  I truly enjoy helping people fulfill their home ownership dream.

As a Non-QM Loan Officer, I take great pride in knowing that I can get people approved when loan officers in the traditional lending space can’t or won’t. With half of my family being from Mexico, I have had unique experiences that allow me to understand the many challenges involved in establishing life in a new country and the anxiety of communicating in a second language.
