This role will work closely with our sales team, brokers, and other third party providers to obtain documentation. Responsibilities:
- Accurately condition a new loan submission within 24 hours, which includes but is not limited, credit, income and assets

- Strong problem-solving abilities to address transactional challenges.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships and referral partners in all 50 states
- Guide your clients through our loan process and gain referrals
- Serve as the liaison between our operations team, your client and their realtor
- Manage your pipeline to ensure on-time closings
- Maintain monthly quotas
- Stay accountable to your team and supervisor
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mortgage sales or processing, demonstrating a well-developed understanding of the mortgage process
- Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
