Request to delete my FNBA – Loans app account
This page lets any user of the First National Bank of America mobile app request deletion of their app account and the personal data associated with it. You can use it whether or not your still have the app installed, regardless of where you live.
You can also reach this page from the app at any time: open Settings and choose Delete Account. Both paths lead to the same review by our Customer Service team.

What gets deleted:
- Your app login and profile
- Saved preferences and device settings
- Biometric/passcode sign-in data
- In-app messages and notification history
What we must retain:
- Loan, deposit & transaction records
- Records required by federal & state banking law
- Data needed for fraud prevention & security
As a regulated bank, we are legally required to keep certain records for defined retention periods even after your app account has been deleted. Deleting your app account does not close your bank account or loan.
