Making A Mobile Deposit

Please note that you must be enrolled in FirstLine™ Online Banking and Mobile Deposit before you can use Mobile Deposit. You can enroll in FirstLine™ Online Banking either online or at a branch office. Once your FirstLine™ account has been activated, you will need to log into the system and enroll in Mobile Banking. This is done under the Account Options tab.

  1. Sign into the FNBA Mobile app.

  2. Click the Deposits

  3. Click Deposit a Check.

  4. Click Check Front. This will activate your device’s camera functionality.

  5. Center the entire check within the outlines shown on the screen. Make sure that the picture is clear, well-lit, and taken from above. Click the button on your device to take a picture.

  6. An image of the check will appear. If the picture is clear, click Use. If it’s not clear, click Retake and take another picture of the check.

  7. Turn the check over. Click Check Back. This will activate your device’s camera functionality.

  8. Center the entire check within the outlines shown on the screen. Make sure that the picture is clear, well-lit, and taken from above. Click the button on your device to take a picture.

  9. An image of the check will appear. If the picture is clear, click Use. If it’s not clear, click Retake and take another picture of the check.

  10. In the Check Amount field, enter the numerical value of the check you wish to deposit (only one check may be deposited at a time).

  11. From the Deposit to Account drop-down, select the account in which this deposit will be made.

  12. Click Deposit.

  13. You will receive a Deposit Confirmation message that will display the details of the deposit. Click Close or select Deposit Another Check.

Deposits made by 4 p.m. on a business day will be deposited the same day. Deposits made after 4 p.m. on a business day will be processed the next business day. Please retain a copy of your deposited check for seven (7) days after the submission of the deposit.
