Commercial Loan Officers (2) East Lansing & Traverse City
Seeking candidates to develop and manage new and existing commercial loan relationships; one position located in our Grand Rapids office and another in our Traverse City location. Along with new business development, responsibilities will include on-going evaluation of customer portfolios with a focus on credit risk ratings and addressing credit administration exceptions. A minimum of 3 years commercial lending experience, formal credit training, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent. A history of working with both small businesses and investment real estate highly desired.
Accounts Payable Administrator
Full-time opening available immediately. Responsibilities include reviewing, classifying and entering vouchers to Great Plains, printing, verifying and mailing checks to vendors; filing and maintaining copies of invoices for fixed assets and use tax purposes, as well as other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will be able to enter data, classify expenses, and perform mathematical functions with extreme accuracy. Proficiency with Excel and Word are required; ability to understand general ledger accounting and financial statements a plus.
Note Buyer (bi-lingual in Spanish/English)
Seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills (in both English and Spanish) to work with our prospects in an effort to purchase land contracts and notes for cash. Ideal candidates will have the determination required to convince note owners to sell their notes and the resolve to push through closing issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required. An understanding of title work and appraisals is desired but not required. We are willing to train sales minded individuals in the evaluation and analysis of real estate notes.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
