Residential Loan Officer
Seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills to work with our prospects in an effort to purchase land contracts and notes for cash. Ideal candidates will have the determination required to convince note owners to sell their notes and the resolve to push through closing issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required. An understanding of title work and appraisals is desired but not required. This is an entry level position. We are willing to train sales minded individuals in the evaluation and analysis of real estate notes.
Bank Teller (Grand Rapids)
Full-time Teller needed in our Grand Rapids branch. Responsibilities include providing friendly, helpful assistance to our customers, running monetary transactions at the teller window, being resourceful in finding solutions to meet our customer’s needs, balancing transactions at the end of the day as well as other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to remain accurate while being attentive to the customer’s needs, and exhibit above average customer service skills. Prior experience as a Teller desired but not required.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
