Commercial Loan Officer
Seeking candidates to develop and manage new and existing commercial loan relationships in our Traverse City location. Along with new business development, responsibilities will include on-going evaluation of customer portfolios with a focus on credit risk ratings and addressing credit administration exceptions. A minimum of 3 years commercial lending experience, formal credit training, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent. A history of working with both small businesses and investment real estate highly desired.
Residential Loan Officer
Our non-conforming residential lending area seeks a dynamic self-starter as an addition to our sales team. Must have exceptional telephone skills and be able to communicate effectively with many types of personalities. General computer knowledge and clerical skills are essential. Organization, the ability to multitask, strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve are a must. Prior experience in lending desired.
Primary responsibilities include preparing monthly reports, expense reimbursements and invoices for payment, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, taking incoming departmental calls and completing projects as needed. Additional responsibilities include assigning fast quotes for the broker’s desk, searching on-line sources for potential new brokers, as well as other marketing/sales related tasks. Qualified candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to multitask while staying organized.
Seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills to work with our prospects in an effort to purchase land contracts and notes for cash. Ideal candidates will have the determination required to convince note owners to sell their notes and the resolve to push through closing issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required. An understanding of title work and appraisals is desired but not required. This is an entry level position. We are willing to train sales minded individuals in the evaluation and analysis of real estate notes.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
