Residential Loan Processor
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) ordering, reviewing and clearing title commitments. Must be dependable, organized, have Word experience, work well with others, and possess good communication skills. The ability to do multiple tasks at a fast pace while under pressure is crucial; experience with reviewing and clearing title work is highly desirable.
Commercial Loan Processor
Responsibilities include ordering and reviewing appraisals, title commitments, flood determinations, as well as other documents and notifying underwriters and lenders of irregularities relative to guidelines. Will book commercial loans and complete system maintenance and process line of credit draws. Must be able to prioritize, remain accurate while working under pressure, have Microsoft Office experience, and possess excellent communication skills. Preference given to candidates with prior commercial loan processing experience; LaserPro software a plus.
Acquisitions Loan Processor
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) ordering, reviewing and clearing title commitments. Candidate must be dependable, organized, have Word experience, and possess good communication skills. Must work well with others as part of a highly productive team. Experience with title work preferred but not required.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
