Web Developer

Responsibilities include enhancing application functionality, analyzing and resolving problems with existing code, as well as attending and running system development meetings.  Qualified candidates will have experience in SQL, Sybase, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and possess good communication skills.

 

Help-desk Representative (Full & Part-time)

Looking for responsive, hard working individuals to troubleshoot and resolve software issues with Windows, MS Office, networking and web-based programs, as well as diagnose and repair hardware problems.  Familiarity with MSSQL, Cisco and Linux desired but not required.  Accepting applications for both full and part-time openings.

 

Credit Counselor (Full & Part-time)

Responsibilities include calling our customers and making payment arrangements with our borrowers in an effort to bring their home loan current.  Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Some experience working with computers will be needed to be successful in this position.  Preference given to candidates that are bi-lingual in Spanish/English  Will be required to work some evening and Saturday shifts.

 

Residential Loan Officer
Seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills to work with our prospects in an effort to purchase land contracts and notes for cash.  Ideal candidates will have the determination required to convince note owners to sell their notes and the resolve to push through closing issues.  Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required.  An understanding of title work and appraisals is desired but not required.   This is an entry level position.  We are willing to train sales minded individuals in the evaluation and analysis of real estate notes.

 

Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
