Mortgage Counselor (part-time)
Seeking customer focused candidates to contact our borrowers regarding their past due mortgage accounts. We are willing to train candidates with exceptional communication skills regardless of their prior work experience. Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts and one Saturday per month. Preference given to candidates with the ability to communicate with both English and Spanish speaking customers.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) ordering, reviewing and clearing title commitments. Candidate must be dependable, organized, have Word experience, and possess good communication skills. Must work well with others as part of a highly productive team. Experience with title work preferred but not required.
Customer Service Representative/Teller – Grand Rapids
Our Grand Rapids branch seeks full and part-time candidates to fill the role of Teller. Responsibilities include running monetary transactions at the window, balancing at the end of the day, being resourceful in finding solutions to meet our customer’s needs, being knowledgeable of security procedures as well as other bank policies. Qualified candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to remain accurate while being attentive to customer’s needs, and exhibit above average customer service skills. Some convention travel if you’re willing. Base salary with excellent commissions. Real estate experience helpful but not required. Willing to train. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The ability to negotiate with customers and work with loan processors is essential. Your experience in a financial/real estate sales position, along with enthusiasm and diligence will be rewarded with a base salary plus generous monthly bonus based on production.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
