Bilingual Credit Counselor (part-time)
Responsibilities include calling our customers and making payment arrangements with our borrowers in an effort to bring their home loan current. Must have excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; some experience working with computers will be needed to be successful in this position. Will be required to work some evening and Saturday shifts.
Real Estate Sales Assistant (part-time)
Seeking high energy, self motivated applicants to fill a part-time opening as a member of our real estate sales team. Qualified candidates will possess attention to detail, the ability to prioritize projects as assigned, effective communication skills both written and verbal, as well as solid computer skills. Much of the work is related to placing ads and marketing of the properties on-line as well as other on-line research. Responsibilities include conducting performance, operational, financial, and informational, and information systems audit projects. Provides consulting services to organizational management and staff as well as participates in the development of the annual internal audit plan. Residential Loan Officer / Account Executive
Seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills to work with our prospects in an effort to purchase land contracts and notes for cash. Ideal candidates will have the determination required to convince note owners to sell their notes and the resolve to push through closing issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required. An understanding of title work and appraisals is desired but not required. This is an entry level position. We are willing to train sales minded individuals in the evaluation and analysis of real estate notes.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
