Commercial Loan Officer (Grand Rapids)
Seeking candidates to develop and manage new and existing commercial loan relationships in our Grand Rapids branch. Along with new business development, responsibilities will include on-going evaluation of customer portfolios with a focus on accurate credit risk ratings and diligent effort to address any delinquencies, overdrafts, or other credit administration exceptions. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience, formal credit training, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field. A proven track record of success in business development along with the ability to increase portfolio size is required. A history of working with both small businesses and investment real estate highly desired.
Loan Processor Seeking full-time candidates to work as part of our loan processing team. Must be organized, work well with others, possess good communication skills, and have experience using Microsoft Word. Qualified applicants will be able to do multiple tasks at one time as well as work at a fast pace while under pressure. Experience with title work is preferred.
Note Buyer needed to work full-time with our prospects in an effort to purchase land contracts and notes for cash. Must have the skill-set for making sales and the determination to work through issues that might hinder the transaction from closing. Prior experience in conducting sales over the telephone preferred. An understanding of title work and appraisals are desired but not required.
Courthouse Researchers First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income.
