Real Estate Leasing Assistant

Rose Acceptance is looking for a self-starter to be a Real Estate Leasing Assistant. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, speaking with tenants, setting appointments, coordinating with contractors and utilities, preparing documents, completing background checks, some local travel, and marketing and representing the company in a positive manner. This position will also function as a back up to the sales assistant staff.

Candidates must have exceptional telephone skills and be able to communicate effectively with many types of personalities. General computer knowledge and clerical skills are essential. A sales background is preferred but not required.

Hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, as well as at least 1 Saturday shift per month.


Research Assistant

Advertising Company of America is looking for a part time (30 hours per week) employee to fill the role of Research Assistant. This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining existing relationships with courthouse researchers through monthly commitment calls, logging research batches daily into FileMaker Pro, creating new and updating existing research maps, distributing internet and fast appraisal leads daily, assisting in generating production reports at month end, working with other team members to accomplish monthly production goals. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Quailified applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants must be detail and goal oriented. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required. Experience with FileMaker Pro a plus. Applicants must have the ability to work effectively with other team members and be able to prioritize tasks effectively each day.


Collections

First National Bank of America seeks candidates to work full in our mortgage collection division. If you have experience negotiating sales or contacting customers in a call center and would like the opportunity to work in a professional business setting, while gaining knowledge in the mortgage and real estate fields this is your opportunity to advance your career!

Successful candidates will have outstanding customer service skills along with the ability to counsel customers on the importance of keeping a good credit history. Our collectors are required to ask tough questions, overcome objections and direct a conversation to a mutually agreeable outcome. Prior experience in a call center environment preferred but not required.

Our full-time staff members are scheduled to work Monday through Friday noon to 9:00 pm. A minimum of one Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm per month is required.

Courthouse Researchers
First National Acceptance Company is expanding its network of researchers. The ideal candidate is someone who currently works in the courthouse and is familiar with courthouse researching procedures. If you do not currently work in a courthouse, but have previous courthouse researching experience, this position may be for you too!

This is a part-time, independent contractor position that consists of locating and recording the names and addresses of sellers of owner-financed real estate notes. Opportunities exist in multiple counties. If you are looking for supplemental income, this is the job for you!
